TrackYourBaby helps parents and caregivers record and share baby care information such as feeding, sleep, diaper changes, reminders, milestones, baths, and related notes. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

TrackYourBaby may collect and store account information, baby profile information, activity logs, milestone information, app settings, and limited technical information required to provide authentication, database storage, sync, security, and app functionality.

• Account information: email address, authentication identifiers, and session information.
• Baby profile information: baby name, optional birthdate, join code, profile identifiers, and caregiver membership information.
• Activity information: feeding records, sleep and wake records, diaper records, solids records, bath records, timestamps, bottle amounts, breastfeeding side, diaper type, and optional notes.
• Milestone information: milestone titles, categories, dates, completion status, typical age labels, and optional notes.
• App settings: dashboard options, theme settings, timer state, reminder settings, and widget-related settings.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts, save and sync baby profiles and activity logs, allow authorized caregivers to access shared baby profiles, show recent activity and summaries, provide timers and reminders, support password reset and authentication flows, and maintain app reliability and security.

Sharing and Service Providers

TrackYourBaby does not sell personal information and does not use personal information for third-party advertising. TrackYourBaby uses Supabase to provide authentication, database storage, and sync functionality. Apple system services may also be used for local notifications and widgets.

Shared Baby Profiles

If you share or enter a baby join code, other authorized caregivers may be able to view and add information for that baby profile. Only share join codes with people you trust.

Children's Privacy

TrackYourBaby is intended for use by parents, guardians, and caregivers, not by children. The app may store information about a baby or child when entered by a parent, guardian, or caregiver. If you believe information has been added without appropriate permission, contact us so we can help review or remove it.

Data Retention and Deletion

TrackYourBaby keeps account, baby profile, and activity information for as long as needed to provide the app's features or until deletion is requested. You may request deletion of your account or associated data by contacting us. Some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited period where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live, depending on the infrastructure used by our service providers.

Your Choices

You can choose what information to enter into TrackYourBaby. You can sign out, stop using shared baby profiles, disable or adjust local notifications in device settings, and request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and make the revised policy available through the app or the public privacy policy URL.
